Roxanne Miller (on the left) visited the club and shared an annual update of Phoenix area real estate. The market is pretty close to a balanced state between buyers and sellers. Median sale price per sq ft is down 3.3% from last January. There is a 4.9 month supply of homes, slightly up from last year. Sold and active listings are up but median days on the market is also up.
