September 16, 2019. Yanick Hicks gave the club some suggestions to help with growthYanick came to the USA from Cameroon several years ago. He told us of his early struggles with education and his social life. Once he got his act together he obtained a doctorate in Pharmacy from Marshall University and also became an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team Yanick talked to the club about the power of change and said that as leadership ability increases, the overall effectiveness increases. He urged us to reflect upon what is going right, what is going wrong, and what should we do differently. He suggested that we should think about doing something new. Good advice for our club.
