July 25, 2016 - Charissa Cleveland - a "Fearless Coach" who's web page says "Conquer your fears and live courageously", gave an interactive presentation that helped us to better understand fear and how to deal with it. She differentiated real fear from psychological fear which tends to come from negative thoughts. Charissa used the word FEAR as an acronym for "Fear Everything and Run"  0r "False Evidence Appearing Real".  Many of our fears come from dredging up the past. One method of coping is to force yourself to focus on the moment by taking stock of what your 5 senses are telling you. Her presentation generated lots of discussion.
