AWIM Awards at Valley View School

  March 9, 2016 - our Kyrene Rotary club supported the "A World in Motion (AWIM) project at Valley View School this year. We provided a bit of volunteer time and funded the medals that were awarded. The Sun Lakes Rotary Club provided the majority of the volunteer support. The Awards Night was a super celebration acknowledging the efforts of the students. The photo shows Dave Kline, our president along with the teacher and two of the winning teams. Our rotary club hopes to provide full support to the Kyrene Middle School if they decide to initiate an AWIM project next year.
